Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms apply when you use this website and when you engage Nika Marketing for work. Where a signed proposal or contract says something different, that document takes priority over this page.

Using this website

The content here, including prices, is provided for information and may change without notice. Prices shown are starting points for typical projects; your final quote depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Engaging us for work

Work starts once we have agreed scope, price, and timeline in writing. Anything outside that agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it, so you are never billed for work you did not approve.

Monthly services continue until either side cancels. Where a package states a minimum term, that term is stated on the proposal before you commit.

What we need from you

Most delays come from missing access or content. To deliver on time we need timely access to the relevant accounts, the materials we ask for, and feedback within a reasonable period. Where we manage advertising, ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is never marked up by us.

Payment

One-time projects are invoiced as set out in your proposal, typically part in advance and the balance on delivery. Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, the deliverables we create for you are yours, including your website, designs, and content. Your accounts stay in your name and you keep access to them if we stop working together. We keep ownership of our own internal tools, templates, and processes.

What we can and cannot promise

We commit to the work described in your proposal and to doing it competently. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue, because search engines and advertising platforms control those outcomes and change their systems without notice. Anyone who guarantees a number is guessing. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly service with 30 days' notice by emailing info@nikamarketing.com. We will finish the current paid period, hand over access and files, and stop billing. We ask for the same notice from us to you.
