Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Nika Marketing collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Nika Marketing is a digital marketing agency operating remotely. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at info@nikamarketing.com and we will reply within 30 days.
What we collect when you contact us
Our contact, quote, and free audit forms ask for the following. Only your name and email are required; the rest is optional.
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The service you are interested in
- Your message
- Which page you submitted the form from
We use this only to reply to you and to provide the service you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and how long you stay. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits.
This data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally. IP addresses are also processed briefly by our host and by our anti-spam checks to rate-limit abusive form submissions.
Who processes your data
We rely on the following providers, each acting on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes server request logs
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Notion, where we store enquiries so nothing is lost
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for website analytics
Some of these providers operate outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally and handled under the safeguards in their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we have context if you get back in touch, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings, currently 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. To do any of these, email info@nikamarketing.com. There is no charge and we will respond within 30 days.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly rather than made quietly.
